How much will live music cost for my event?

The price of live music for your event depends on several factors. These factors include the event location and associated travel expenses, the number of musicians or band size required to meet your musical requirements, the duration of the performance, and any specific production needs like sound and lighting. Additionally, special requests and the overall complexity of the event can also impact the pricing.

How long will the band play for?

When it comes to weddings and corporate events, our standard package offers 4 sets of music, each lasting around 45 minutes, with 20-minute breaks between sets. Our pricing is designed to accommodate this timeframe, with a total call-out time of 6 hours. If your event requires additional sets or an earlier load-in time, we can adjust the pricing accordingly to meet your needs. It's important to note that when hiring musicians for shorter durations during peak times (Thu-Sun), standard performance fees will apply.

Can the band perform at an outdoor venue?

Yes, our band is experienced in performing at outdoor venues. Whether it's a garden party, beach wedding, or any other outdoor event, we can adapt our setup and equipment to suit open-air performances. However, it's important to note that outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that clients have an appropriate weather plan and provide an undercover area to protect both the musicians and their equipment from heat or rain.

Can I request specific songs or genres for the band to perform?

Absolutely! We understand the importance of personalising your event's music. While our band specialises in pop, rock and dance, all of our musicians are experienced across most genres so we will work to best accommodate your requests. Please keep in mind that time constraints and the band's repertoire may limit the number of songs we can include. We encourage you to share your must-have songs or preferred genres during the planning process, and we'll work closely with you to curate a playlist that reflects your tastes. Our goal is to strike the perfect balance between your musical preferences and the band's expertise to deliver the best performance possible.
